Just so we’re on the same page, please read the following…
By entering into a service with us, it is understood that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
Carpentry Drawings
Our Responsibilities:
- We will endeavour to provide drawings to the client on an agreed timescale. If there is going to be a delay we will keep the client informed.
- We agree to do one round of minor changes, as part of the original quote, if needed. If major changes are required, then we reserve the right to make additional charges. We will discuss this with you before going ahead with the changes.
- The drawings will be based on the measurements provided by you, and we accept no responsibility for failures because of incorrect measurements.
- The drawings will be based on your sketches/photos. If there are any design changes after you have sent these sketches, we reserve the right to charge extra.
Client Responsibilities: You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information for project requirements.
- Supply necessary sketches, photos etc. within a reasonable time.
- Review the drawings within the agreed timeframe.
Deliverables: Deliverables are provided as PDFs or JPEGs. The client becomes the owner of these drawings upon full payment.
Payment Terms
All prices are in GBP and no VAT is currently charged.
Payment: Payment is due as per the agreed schedule. Generally speaking, the payment terms will be:
50% upfront
50% on completion
Refunds:
No refunds are provided for completed deliverables unless they fail to meet agreed specifications. We will do our best to work with you and meet your expectations.
Liability and Disclaimers
Accuracy: We strive to ensure the accuracy of the drawings but do not guarantee they are error-free. You are responsible for verifying the measurements before final sign-off and before use.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate our services with you at any time. Notice will be given in writing if such a need arises.
Website Services
Our Responsibilities:
- We will assist you in upgrading your website and/or provide email marketing services to increase the chance of getting more leads.
- We do not make promises about how many leads you will get, but we will endeavour to increase these for you.
Client Responsibilities: You agree to:
- Provide access to your website so we can carry out the work
- Provide access to your email marketing platform (if you have one)
Payment Terms
Each project will be quoted for. If additional work is needed that wasn’t included in the original quote, we will inform you of this before going ahead.
By accepting the quote you are agreeing to our payment terms.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.”
